Shipping seemed to take a little longer than I expected, but when I reached out they answered my email with a time frame and ensured my item would ship soon and that it was the exact item as shown in the picture.   Everything went well. I tried to buy this from the OTC program and ordered this same item. They sent me a whole different product with no explanation as to why they couldn't deliver what I asked for. I won't be buying that from them again. And I found it cheaper on eBay
