  The caddy delivered was different to picture shown . Good communication from the seller . Offered partial refund which I accepted to reflect comparable caddy prices of that particular caddy that I received sold on other sites . They were very helpful and issue resolved so that’s why 5 stars

  Interestingly enough, the sale didn't go through as the seller wasn't able to ship to my location. The seller contacted me immediately was super polite and refunded the money at the same time. I highly recommend folks to do business with this seller.

  The item was marked XL as requested, but it was much smaller than XL. I indicated on eBay that I wished to return the item and was asked to post it back to the seller's address. The seller's address was over 3 lines long and was nonsensical, the first line being as follows: hefeishongqianshanmaoyouxiangongsi. I sent 2 messages to the seller asking for his address, but replies were in Chinese. I have decided to keep the item and give it to charity.
