  Item received. Thank you. Items as described and great price for new component. I do appreciate your excellent communication. Very quick to respond to concerns and questions. It is a shame that the item took so long to be delivered and had to send several emails to the freight company that was delivering the item. I do apprciate that it is beyond your control that the freight comapny was slow in their services. I do appreciate all your assistance

  A+++ Seller. Would buy again. Remote arrived super quick - the first day of the five day shipping estimate quoted. Exactly as described. However, I am disappointed in the packaging. All that protected the remote was a plastic sleeve inside another plastic sleeve inside a plastic shipping envelope (see picture). Still it arrived undamaged and in perfect working order, so maybe the seller knows more about shipping than me.

  I have had a hard time finding the correct remote for my older Sanyo TV and finally found it. Item arrived as advertised - brand new and well packed. Its OEM so top quality and finally got me up and running to have a TV in my fly tying room. Great price. Fast shipping was icing on the cake for this transaction.   Item came and was just as described and packaged very well to protect the item. Had an issue with the post office and delivery and this vendor was very helpful and offered to refund my money even though it wasn t his fault. Very professional and would recommend this seller.
