  Item arrived leaking with product outside the jar, but seller insisted it wasn’t leaking when shipped. Poor handling of the issue and lack of accountability. Had to push for a return. Would not recommend.

  Return request was immediately accepted once buyer figured out how to put in a return request on their end. I explained several times that they needed to request it so that i can start the process of the return which was done and completed.
