  The headphones arrived in their original, retail packaging enclosed in two bubble-wrap mailers. Everything looked good. Unfortunately, the foam pads on the ear-pieces were disintegrating, resulting in the product being unusable. The damage was not detectable until I opened the retail package, so the seller had no way of knowing that the product was defective. I contacted the seller, sent some pictures, and received a full refund within a few hours. I appreciate the integrity of this seller.

  The device arrived in used condition but works without flaws. The packaging was complete and thorough. It was accurate in its description except for one tidbit. There was a pre-filter included inside the purifier’s filter housing. Also, the filter was only slightly used with 89% availability still left. The price for shipping was a little high but for what was received, it was still better than buying new.
