  4 stars for condition because it appears new, as expected, 1 star for shipping was very slow, track was non existing, was well over a week before shipping even started and posted tracking only caught up the day before delivery over 2 weeks after purchase. communication was minimal and non informative. I wont do business with them again

  This has been the absolute worst experience. Item purchased was not received. Seller could not provide tracking information despite claiming they could see the delivery date. Seller claims to be in US. This is a lie and seller is a scam. Definitely being shipped from China or elsewhere oversees. Buyer beware!!

  Owala water bottle arrived, and it was the wrong color. The seller first offered partial credit, but we asked for full credit. I did not like the color that was sent. He gave us full credit.
