  Like others said, it takes a few days before the item is shipped, as mine took a week before the shipping status update. Since I had this item on a watchlist, the seller was kind to send a offer and I was happy to take it, and I didn't mind waiting, as long it was in the way. It came exactly as it was shown in the pictures, and it was packaged nice as well. As a sucker for Great Courses material regarding medieval history, this was a good find. Good seller!

  I received the boots from this seller as a present for someone they were exactly as described in the photo listing and are very good value as apparently these are hard to find they arrived very quick but the only negitive thing is they did not reply to my emails

  packaging was bad (too little padding), box opened in shipping, lock was bouncing around in box and got chipped at one spot, but worked as advertised so luckily no big deal.

  Bought a lego set from the seller that was listed as 100% complete and pictured so. I received the set, found it was missing some pieces that were specific to the set and was not the same set pictured. I contacted the seller who offered to send the pieces from another set, but never did even though i only asked for the pieces i couldn't replace with my collection. I contacted them again and they offered a partial refund. I asked for half of the value of the missing pieces. Never received it

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! I paid immediately upon purchase, including $9 for shipping…12 days later still no package. Messaged seller, no response! Opened case with eBay and was refunded. Terrible shipping and customer service! Actually, no customer service!
