  Seller is good to work with. Small bubbles of mercury had separated when the thermometer arrived. He researched the problem and has provided me information on how to deal with the issue. He also refunded me half the price of the thermometer which I thought was more than generous. Good communicator and responsive

  Quick shipment and delivery. A real hassle with UPS customs and an extra import duty due to manufacturered in China. I was unsuccessful challenging the $392 duty as I was instructed by UPS to pay and then challenge. My problem, not the seller's. Still a reasonably good deal.
