  The seller was good and the response was timely. Things are received through complex processes. The real thing is not as good as the photo, there are several surfaces that are damaged. The worst thing is that the remote control doesn't work, which makes me sad. But others functions are normal. Thank you, seller.

  The item was shipped promptly ans packaged well. It was as described and works perfectly! This was needed to replace the identical part of our Microcal ITC. Which is being used as I type this. Also, I previously bought a 10mm BBO NMR SB probe for my AV I 600 NMR. That too is working as intended. I used this last Sunday (3/30/25) to record NMR data.
