  Excellent seller communication -- original item was misplaced in a warehouse move, but the seller reached out to me and offered a substitute/comparable item acceptable to me at the same price. This substitute item arrived on time, extremely well packed, as described and although originally listed as a nonworking/parts-only item, was in fact, in partial working order, with the working part the one I most needed, anyway. I would definitely consider purchasing items from this seller again.

  The good seller communicated well, shipped the unit well-packaged, and arrived as described. This is a great price for a unit that isn't used often, but when you need one, it's about the only game in town.

  well packed and labeled 'fragile' all over however shipper was able to turn a square into a ball. Item survived non the less.

  It was broken before it arrived, so the seller notified and refunded me on the spot. I appreciate a responsive seller like this and would easily buy from them again in the future.

  Not only did the seller provide inaccurate information regarding when the item shipped (this was also possibly a fabrication), the item was packaged in nothing but loose packaging, peanuts, and a pitiful amount of bubble wrap. This is especially bad given the fact the item sold was a precision scientific instrument which could not have been handled more irreverently in my opinion.

  The equipment was shipped timely, the tracking number clearly shows when the equipment was shipped and when it was delivered. If buyer wanted expedited service he should have selected and paid for the service. We carefully and professionally package all our items. The equipment was not damaged in transit and buyer received it in good condition.
