  Definitely recommend! The purchase went smoothly. The product is as described, perfectly packaged, and delivered quickly. Delivery was even faster than I expected. The seller is very communicative and helpful. I will definitely return for more purchases. That seller is like sun after long rainy morning - making you smile for rest of the afternoon. You wait for another transaction like small child is wating for Santa Claus on 6th of December. Brillant service like in the best restaurant in town.

  The sunglasses were as described and I was very pleased with my purchase. Definitely value for money. Not sure what the issue was with the posting as the parcel did not arrive as stated, and I wasn't given an explanation, other than there was a delay. The seller did make amends by posting the parcel by Special Delivery, so I am not complaining, just stating what happened.

  Item arrived different to pictures and description. Contacted seller on day of receipt to request return information and was told they send a return pack. Waited 6 days and then followed up as the return pack hadn’t arrived, only to be asked to wait an additional 2 days, and that if it still didn’t arrive they’d issue refund. Contact seller again after 2 days to confirm still not received and was asked to wait another day! Raised as a dispute with my bank for a refund as seller not replying.

  The listing shows 10 candles and says 50p per a candle. Considering I have paid £5 I would expect to receive what the listing shows. The seller sent me a single candle of the wrong colour and refuses to correct this mistake despite the listing being completely inaccurate. If there's a 10 pack on the picture, the title says 10 pack and the price per item shows 50p it's totally reasonable to assume I'd get a pack of 10. Seller was very unhelpful and argumentative. I wouldn't buy from him.

  Item as described however delivery was 10 working days from when order was placed. Messaged seller to ask when it would arrive (after waiting the 48 hour stated delivery period) and was told … next week. However thank you for my lovely pillow
