  Unfortunately, through no fault of the seller, the card took far too long to be delivered, the tracking was unreliable, and the card arrived damaged in transit. The seller was very quick to reply to my message, and to issue a refund. I have had several issues with eBay standard envelopes!

  Thanks for this comment/feedback. Hopefully eBay will do something to fix the eBay Standard Envelope shipping option. It has cost us a ton of money in refunds even though the problems are never our fault. eBay has never responded to us or taken on the refunds/fees and has always passed them off to us. It’s time for eBay to step up and fix this problem.
