  Samsung Note 4 phone appears to be exactly as listed, "Brand New in Box" -- exactly what I wanted. The reason I say "appears to be" is that the box appears to have genuine Samsung seals on both ends, and appears to have never been opened after leaving the factory. Shortly after ordering, my original Note 4 began working perfectly, so this one will remained sealed in box until needed. Fast shipment and good communication. No problems or issues encountered, whatsoever. Excellent, A+++ eBayer!!

  Approx. 1 mo. after receiving supposed "Brand New in Box" Samsung Note 4 phone, I opened the "factory sealed" box, and determined that the phone was, in fact, NOT brand new, and submitted photos to seller that indicated such. Without admitting fault, seller offered to either replace purchased item with another NIB phone, or refund my purchase price. Not wanting to go through this "NIB" fiasco again, I chose the refund: seller paid return shipping, and eBay refunded the full purchase price.

  I received the iPhone, which included a label for returns if necessary. The camera focus didn't work. I requested a replacement. The response was quick and courteous, even requesting the tracking number of my return so they could monitor it. They communicated frequently during the process, and I received a replacement that works perfectly. Excellent transaction, very happy with the product and customer service. This iPhone was a great value for the money.
