  The first item ordered was sent to the wrong address and after contacting them Fhae offered me a $20 discount on any item in their store. Fhae honored the discount so I consider their customer service at the top of eBay sellers. Great communication and their store has a HUGE selection. Thanks to Fhae and the entire team.

  Item delivered was not the same item as ordered. Seller sold me one pencil liner and not the trio as described. When I reached out to the seller, they denied sending me the wrong item. I have all 5 star reviews as a buyer and they have negative reviews as a seller. Do not buy from this seller.

  The item I received was not the item I was expecting. The seller was very responsive to questions, excellent to work with and we came to a resolution quickly.
