  Not very often you have to send something back and still give a 100% positive review. Received the item and found it had some mechanical issues. When I pointed them out the seller admitted they didn't know much about how the item worked, and immediately offered a full refund. The whole process from start to finish was amicable and friendly. I don't know what else they might be selling,, but I've added them to my favorites and would not hesitate to buy from again. A+++++
