  The item was new, but the carrier treated it like trash. The packaging arrived so damaged that it was unlikely the item was intact. When I finally opened it, I discovered that the item was well-packed, but the impact had damaged the most visible part. As for the seller, excellent; the transportation, the worst. Who can I file a complaint with? Where can I get this same part?
