  I've never had a problem with this seller, whether directly from their website or here on eBay. Their prices are almost always very competitive and the items have always been as described. This particular watch which I bought from Watches2U was brand new and of excellent quality, boxed with tags. No complaints at all.

  The item came perfectly packaged and was absolutely as described. It was brand new and arrived well presented. The price was phenomenal, I got this watch for £95 brand new and the RRP is £130. You can argue with that value.

  When I contacted the seller because I hadn't received a shipping notification a week after I had ordered, they responded within 24 hours with a polite, respectful email explaining the issue and resolved it straight away. They refunded the payment immediately.
