  This is an amazing seller. Extraordinary communication before closing the sale to be sure I understood exactly what I was buying. Best packing I have ever seen on eBay - antistatic bags, bubble wrap, -and- expanding foam in a carefully sealed box. Shipped quickly and arrived exactly on schedule. Items exactly as described, in excellent condition for their age, and priced to be an excellent value. Could not be happier with this experience!

  Today I received what I ordered from this seller and it would not work with my equipment. I contacted the seller who responded very promptly. The seller helped me understand that there are different types of NVME drives and that I ordered the wrong type for my setup. The seller was kind enough to suggest I open a return to get a refund, but I am not doing so. I made the error, not the seller. I appreciate the sellers offer, but buyers should not return purchases when they made the error.

  2nd order from this supplier, all hard drives were well shipped with plenty of protection. Seller made sure drives were packaged well. Drives had some longer hours but expected with used SAS drives. Will purchase again more in future!
