❌ Keine Antwort vom Verkäufer – Schlechter Kundenservice! ❌ Habe für fast 800 € bestellt, aber kann den Artikel nicht nutzen, da der Hochdruckreiniger nicht einsetzbar ist. Habe den Verkäufer fünfmal innerhalb einer Woche per Mail kontaktiert, weil ich ein Ersatzteil benötige, das ich selbst beschädigt habe. Mir ist bewusst, dass es mein Fehler war, aber ich wollte lediglich nach einer Lösung fragen. Keine einzige Antwort! 😡 Ein guter Verkäufer sollte zumindest reagieren, egal ob er helfen kann
