  This trustworthy seller stayed on top of the shipping process and even saw notifications that I couldn't see and alerted me on time about the vital update regarding the USPS transit problem. When their original package didn't arrive, they were kind enuff to send a replacement via a fast shipping carrier. Communication was pretty good and it seems they really care about their customers and items were all correct as described plus I like the affordable pricing and quality of the product is decent.

I received the original shipment as an opened package: without the item. I immediately contacted this seller and was assured that they would make the transaction right and send a replacement.   After a month I did not receive the item. I tried to contact them a couple times but I received no communication back for another 7-10 days so I finally had to request a refund.
