  The game came to me in the condition described, not a single scratch or fingerprint on it. It looked brand new. The price was good for this game, and the seller had wrapped it in several layers of bubble wrap. It actually took me a minute to get into it. I appreciate that since I have gotten a broken disc before. The case was in great shape too. I will check this seller for the next game I want before I purchase it elsewhere.
