    Very happy with the sewing machine, the price, and response from the seller. The item was as described, well packed and dispatched quickly. My only issue was with DHL who gave an earlier delivery date than requested which caused some reorganisation on my part, and then they failed to arrive. Because they did not give clear or timely information for the rearranged delivery, I ended up collecting it myself from their depot, where I waited ages as the customer desk was not manned.

    An excellent transaction from start to finish - Comms were brilliant from the outset, and nothing was too much trouble, including sending items out on a Next Day Delivery. Box arrived expertly packaged. Wig, tin all exactly as described and even better than the extensive pics. Top marks for these sellers.

    Shipping and packaging was amazing...It took less time getting my item from overseas than the average package sent from my own state in the US to myself..It says alot about the pride we have or dont have..America sure could learn from your proffesionalism..It was in better condition than described ..And a great price..Thank you so much..

    A repeat purchase for a very nice as described and pictured sewing machine. This seller should give classes on how to pack a sewing machine for safe shipment and across the ocean no less. The fabulous through packing job with a two heavy duty cardboard boxes stuffed tightly with paper and block styrofoam ensured the sewing machine traveled safely. I would highly recomment this seller as in other purchases the packing was extremely well done.
