  I ordered this item on Sept 26. It is now Oct 7. Seller still has not given the item to USPS. He/she responded yesterday (no prior communication) that they would do so this morning. Now I have to wait for a refund. Hopefully I'll get it ASAP. What annoys me is that I gave the seller an out. This is a discontinued item. Assuming the seller doesn't already have it, he won't be able to get it. I asked for a refund yesterday. Why is he wasting my time telling me he'll send it and then not doing so.

  Printer was damaged prior to shipping, as it had been taped to try and minimize the damage. It also came without software or a manual. None of this was detailed in the item description. I also couldn’t reach the seller about trying to change the delivery address—and I never received a reply, even after the printer was shipped, to apologize for us not connecting. The only positive was that shipping was quick, and the printer was packaged well.
