Als jüngerer Mensch wurde mir gesagt, dass ich gelegentlich einen Gehstock benutzen müsste. (Ich war beschämt, ich war mittleren Alters und hatte das Gefühl, einen Stock für "ältere Menschen" zu benutzen ) und selbst jetzt benutzen die meisten Leute einen Stock nur, wenn sie es auch getan haben!
Ich mochte die Metaller, die sich zusammenklappen, wirklich nicht, ich hasste die Geräusche, die sie beim Gehen, Hämmern und Klirren machten.
Dann entdeckte ich in meiner Garage ein altes Holz. Es hat wegen des Geräuschs keine Aufmerksamkeit erregt, aber ich hasste es, wie es aussah. Ich hatte auch das Gefühl, dass ich einem Holzstock vertrauen konnte, aus irgendeinem Grund schien er robuster und stärker.
Also machte ich mich an die Arbeit, Glitzer, Lack Autolack alles was ich finden konnte, und ich schuf etwas Schönes.
Jetzt sind meine Stöcke ein "Modeaccessoire", sie ziehen die Aufmerksamkeit auf eine Weise auf sich, auf die ich stolz bin, manchmal benutze ich sie auch, wenn ich sie nicht brauche :) Es ist, als hätte ich einen vertrauenswürdigen Freund an meiner Seite.
Sie sind schön, robust und können bei Sonnenschein und Regen verwendet werden.
Ich liebe meine Wanderstöcke und möchte, dass sich alle gleich fühlen.
