  This seller quickly mailed this scarf, which was to be a birthday gift for a friend. The USPO said it was delivered but it was not received. The seller was in constant contact with me as we searched to find where it had been put by the post office. My money was refunded promptly but I felt sorry about its being lost since it was definitely not a fault at the start of its journey. The seller was great to work with and I could tell that she was upset about what happened. I can't say enough good.
