  Objet commandé conforme à l’annonce du vendeur, mais livraison vraiment très, très lente. Le colis est resté presque 15 jours à Roissy chez la douane. Il a fallu que je fasse une réclamation à la poste, qui m’a répondu négativement à ma demande, sous prétexte que le colis appartenait encore au vendeur, alors que je l’avais déjà payé et que le colis était déjà en France…..

  Seller never shipped item. When I inquired about shipping the item, the seller advised that item had been shipped and was just caught up with transport. I advised the seller to provide updated tracking information, but the seller stopped responding. I then opened a case against the seller, where he responded to eBay advising the item had already arrived. I advised eBay that the item hadn’t arrived nor had I been given updated tracking information. eBay awarded me a full refund.
