I was declined my attempt to cancel order by ebay and yet 3 weeks later my item has still not shipped!!! Terrible experience with seller, please do not do business with them. Ebay did nothing to help or help with cancelling

However, the tripod wasn't packed very well and had a large counterweight just laid loose with it in the box. The paint on the counterweight and tripod had a few scratches as a result. It could have been worse. .
