Was told to Return it when I received it. The same day, I Ordered the Correct Dash Cam I wanted from them. GREAT Communication again. I received the Wrong one today and Sending it Back. Two packages were shipped for "one" item, but the seller did not disclose this until the first package arrive and I inquired about something missing. The item came new in original packaging. The value was very good…(we did our research beforehand). Because this was a gift and the item was defective, we decided to return it for a refund. Seller made the return process simple and efficient from start to finish, no questions asked. Seller is excellent with responses to any questions or concerns which was much appreciated!
