  Really nice frame and fantastic customer service, partially let down by the morons from DX who took a total of 7 delivery attempts! BUT the seller helped me to sort out the issue, kept in contact daily and was kind enough to issue a partial refund for the hassle DX caused. Mistakes happen, especially where couriers are involved, but when they do you find out just how good a seller is and these ones proved to be perfect.

  My first order arrived damaged and the sellers response was great. A replacement was sent out same day and arrived perfect today - both whiteboards were well packed, I think the first one perhaps met a grumpy postal worker lol. Great communication & great product to replace a rubbish one i had previously. Highly recommended, many thanks!

  This is a christmas gift so hasnt been used yet but it is exactly as described. Unfortunately I made a mistake initially with an incorrect postcode so this gift was late in arriving. However, I was very pleased with the service provided to ensure that the product did eventually get delivered to my correct address.
