  As described, new with tags, clearly was brand new and in perfect shape. These are top quality life jackets, about half the price of Costco. But you can't get them in the off season, so these were a lifesaver. See what I did there? Great communication with the seller, and he went above and beyond to make sure the items arrived in time for our vacation. This was a wonderful experience, the best I've ever had on ebay. Highly recommend this seller.
