  5* service! Item was misplaced by DPD and caused a 2 day delay in delivery, the seller phoned personally to explain and apologise! You don't get service like that very often these days! Item is as described (although I cannot find a black dots on the screen, which is great), is installed and up and running. Would DEFINITELY use this seller again. Many Thanks

  Unfortunately the screens I received were the incorrect ones for my phone. But they did come fast mind and perfectly intact to. Seller was great when I explained the mistake and fully refunded me without a hitch so couldn’t really ask for anything better really,as a mistake was made and the seller promptly remedied the issue by refunding me and not even having to send the wrong ones back. I’ve got no use for them mind-but it’s the principle of the sellers actions that count. 100% genuine seller

  Im leaving positive feedback despite the case arriving and unfortunately being slightly too small for my phone the seller handled my return & answered my message super quick and was super helpful so I would recommend this seller from their customer service alone! Plus if the case had of fit / I’d of waited and ordered another the value for money would have been great, its quality and condition exceeded its price and it looks great! Im sure my experience was a one off.

  Item didn't show, so I sent a polite message, seller was polite and helpful, and offered a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement, and this arrived promptly. The item itself is as described, good value and fits my phone perfectly. Obviously I can't be positive about the postage, but these things happen, and everything else has been excellent.

  Through no fault of the seller, the case failed to arrive in the time stated. The reply to my message to the seller about this was answered promptly and a refund was offered. I was just typing my reply when the Post Office finally delivered it, so all is not lost. I’m very pleased with my purchase, its just as described and sold at a bargain price. I’m happy to recommend it.

  The parcel was delivered in good time well packaged and clearly labelled with exactly what was advertised inside.
