  I have too many good things to say about Viva Japan. I have purchased 2 items from him on separate occasions. Both times, the items arrived 2-3 days after purchase, all the way from Japan. And the items always look brand new. The way the items are packaged is more like art. Very precise bubble wrapping inside a Japanese box. It is clear that this seller cares about the items being shipped out. I always smile when I unbox an item from this seller. I can't recommend him enough

  Item was exactly as pictured in the listing, and was verified to be working perfectly upon arrival. Shipping was prompt, and packing was effective at protecting the 3DS during its journey from Japan to the US. Ended up having to return the item, and there is a bit of a language barrier, but the seller was understanding and the refund was processed promptly. Very happy with the customer service.

  Came in early (took about 5 days to ship to Canada), was surprised to see this thing come in basically brand new, fully complete in box and everything was in 10/10 condition. absolutely worth the price. not sure if i just got lucky but I was shocked to see everything so clean and new. packaging was good and everything was even better than what was described. could be luck but just for the cost/shipping time alone i'd reccomend.
