  Seller is great communicating with you. I purchased an item but sadly, the laser engraving machine broke down. Efforts were made to fix it. But it still was not working. The Seller let me know the delay in my order. I was given 2 other options to be placed on the leather. That’s not what I bought or wanted. So I requested a refund which the seller was very prompt in doing. This is an honest, leather working person. I would not hesitate to buy from this Seller again. :)

  There was a few challenges. Item shipped the day it said due to deliver. Item came from Ukraine so no tracking till it hit the US. Delivered a week or 2 later than EBay projects. It took 3 weeks, not 5 days. It’s not tanned leather. it looks like sprayed stain to give it that layered look appears faked. Item is ok but not worth the price. I don’t wanna bash it too much. Seller communicated great. I’d definitely buy it again but for half the cost.
