  The items are on point as always, very happy with the store and the items. The ONLY issue was with AusPost being negligent and I cannot fault VKD for that. They've been extremely transparent about following up with the issues and has helped me work around the issues with the mail. 10/10 service and recommended seller!

  Purchased items in October. Waited over 2-months. Contacted seller twice & eventually requested an investigation by eBay. Today 03JAN guess what finally arrived. Seller only posted on 19DEC according to postmark on envelope. Despicable customer service. Completely unreliable service!

  It is a month since I ordered the item and it still had not arrived. Seller is blaming Australia Post. I've ordered other items since this item and they arrived in days. I contacted seller and was asked to allow a few more days. I did and it still hasn't arrived. Unimpressed
