  Poster and frame arrived on time, along with a few stickers as a bonus, and the poster itself is fantastic! Unfortunately the frame wasn't in one piece upon delivery. After contacting the seller, they were able to send a replacement frame and even threw in another sticker for free! Excellent customer service and would recommend!

  Item shipped 7 days late – poor communication Seller promised to ship the item promptly but didn’t dispatch it until 7 days later. No explanation, no communication during the delay. Very disappointing experience. If you need your item on time, I would not recommend this seller.

  The Actual item is great, my only complaint is the packaging, I ordered the lenticular poster with frame. It was shipped in a plastic bag that got crushed in transit which resulted in a broken frame. ONLY the frame was broken. The poster was undamaged and is very nice.
