  I am very happy with this Soldering Station...initially I received a defective unit. ($HIT HAPPEN$). This company was on top of things. They immediately offered to replace the unit or a full refund, NO questions asked. I accepted a replacement which I received quickly. The replacement works wonderfully, with many features. I will be happy to do business with this company again.

  i recieved an email from them to double check my scales measurements. so I tried to change them but the itrm was already shipped. I was able to make do with two of the scales but have tosend one back for correct size. very happy with the product and the company so far. will have to see how the exchange goes.

  LEDs are not as described and very dim compared to similar models. Magnifier is great. Seller refunded due to the LED issue being not as described. Because of the refund, I give Positive, but had they not, I would have selected neutral. Lighting issue is problem with supplier, not seller, and they are just posting information supplier gave them. The supplier would get Negative, but that was not seller's fault. Great Magnifier though if you provide your own lighting.

  There was a little problem. The cable was missing. After receiving the package, I immediately reported the problem to the seller. He took action very quickly and the missing cable arrived. Very good communication. The product is excellent and corresponds to the description. I recommend it to everyone!
