  There was some confusion about a counter offer I made. It was accepted and when I went to pay I paid full price and not even the original offer sent to me. I want the item so I am not going to contest it. Just beware of the price paid. Item was as described with extremely fast shipping. I would buy again but with caution.   Slow shipping. Advertised 2-4 days took two weeks after filling a claim with eBay. Poor customer service and communication. Item was as described except packaging looks like it be around the world 🌍 twice. All in all satisfied but would not buy from again.

  I Never Received the item DUE TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER, It was not the Seller Fault So the seller refunded my money, Seller was Very Communicated With Me about The Mishap, the Management at VIPPROAUDIO were very Professional I will return back to this seller again.

  Quality product, although I requested to returned them do to a snafu in the shipping process. I ordered 4 and only two arrived, which made me nervous, so I promptly requested to return the two for a refund, in which the seller honored my request. During the process of returning the two systems, the other two arrived about a week later, but by then I had ordered from a different company. The other companies systems were the same, however this companies came in a better box designed for storage.

  Great quality and service! Top seller, was helpful for a phone consultation as well, these guys are PROs!!! Fast delivery from East Coast to the West Coast for being a bulky and heavy item. Totally recommend!
