  I received a beautiful vintage wood wall hanging sculpture of mother and child in immaculate condition. The shopkeeper was kind enough to accept my offer below asking price. This generosity of heart touches my spirit. The fragile piece was boxed and carefully wrapped and packaged with protective materials, but without wasted papers. The shipping was speedy. This was an all-around wonderful online shopping experience

  Shipped in a timely manner. 4 of 7 glasses arrived damaged. 3 still safe to use as damage was at base of glass & there were no Sharp edges. 1 had a sharp sliver/crack that made it unsafe. Pictures sent & after being asked by seller to open a claim, eBay agreed w/my request for partial refund - 1/7 of the total paid. The seller accused me of submitting altered (“spliced”) photos & requesting an unfair amount. eBay reviewed & disagreed. A Neutral response as the seller did issue partial refund.
