  This was my first time buying from EBay, and not a cheap purchase, so was quite wary of the product. The seller’s quick customer service and transparency was really reassuring for me, they answered my questions with ease and did not try and hide any information. The description matched the product perfectly and I honestly could not be happier. The product was also very securely packaged, there was no scratches or dents from the travel. Thanks for the camcorder!

  Second camera bought from Zak and another great experience! Item is in mint condition and as described! Shipping took a little longer this time but still arrived well within the estimated shipping window. Box was slightly damaged when it arrived but I know it’s not Zak’s fault but the shipping company and item inside is packaged well so camera was protected. Highly recommend this seller!!

  The camcorder was exactly as described. Fully functional and the exterior was almost like brand given it's over 20 years old. Amazing value for the condition of the product. Pleasantly surprised that it came with a camera bag, it was really well packaged with plenty of protection during shipping. Postage was quick, I had the camcorder within 3 working days. Can't recommend this seller enough. I'll definitely be checking their page when I'm buying the next vintage camcorder.

  A perfect transaction with an awesome seller. The camera was even better than described, being in mint condition, seemingly as good as new, and surpassing my expectations. Safely and neatly packed, promptly delivered, all at a great price. Fantastic value, couldn't be more pleased. Needless to say (in light of the above comments) I wouldn't hesitate to buy another camera from this seller.

  This digital camera is my favourite purchase ever🤭🩷 It came very well packaged with its own sturdy little case📸 The quality is very much as described in the listing and amazing for the value!! Although it’s been pre-loved the camera is still in great condition! Postage was fast and came within a few days.   Really helpful seller, answered all question quickly and clearly, and sent lots of options. This camera is brilliant and as described. Unfortunately was sent with an SD card that was faulty, therefore didn’t work with the camera, so had to buy another one. Other than that, brilliant service, great value, quick postage and delivery, with good packaging.
