He did a magnificent job of packaging the tile so that they arrived in perfect condition. Kudos to this stellar seller! I recommended his site to the tile guy who is doing my repair as I'm not the first person he's worked with who has needed discontinued tiles.

Out of 40 tiles ordered a couple came with broken corners despite some INCREDIBLE packing, hey, it happens to the best. I reached out & said, no biggie, just wanted you to know for 'continuous improvement' purposes, I'll still leave *positive feedback*. Done, right? No! This seller took it on themselves to send replacements PLUS one extra the SAME DAY! WOW! 5 stars ALL THE WAY! Absolutely! A+
