The trains are exactly as described, and the battery-operated ones had batteries and worked perfectly. These are hard to find in the states, so it was a great value. This seller is also easy to communicate with, and made my experience wonderful! The image I added shows an extra set from a different seller (and my kitty). The trains were shipped to me in plastic wrap.

Seller was flexible, shipped the item very fast, well packed and bubble wrapped for protection. Overall I'm happy about my purchase, wish there were lower shipping options available for sellers, makes almost no sense to pay more for mailing costs than for the actual item.
