    Item arrived as described. Seller is thus responsible and ships promptly. However, buyers should be aware that the golf club I received was packed in a ridiculous amount of tape and paper. It took over 20 minutes to remove the club and 10 more minutes to clean up the mess. The seller should consider shipping clubs in the USPS club boxes, like most everyone else, as well as how difficult it might be for a buyer to remove it.

    Packaging was great. Items arrived in the same condition they showed. I’m excited to get working on this set of watches. Only down side was there was shipping error that was fixed, just got there a little later. Absolutely not the sellers fault!! Will definitely buy again with this seller.

    I purchased 3 Epson ink cartridges. The box was not damaged or tampered with, but when I opened it, the blue ink cartridge had leaked during shipping into its packaging. It also doesn't have a label on the end. Clearly this is a defective package. I requested a refund or replacement of the blue ink cartridge. I also contacted the seller twice. As of today it has been 3 days and I haven't heard a word from the seller.
