  The Rosenthal Studio City Cups were exactly as described -- in perfect condition (I bought several representing different cities). They came quickly and were well packed. The price of these cups varies widely on the internet, and the seller offered them at what I consider a reasonable cost. Since I was buying several cups to be shipped at the same time, I was able to negotiate a single shipping rate instead of paying for each one separately, which was good customer service!
