Iten arrived damaged, but it was obviously due to mishandling by UPS. The box was crushed and there was tell-tale UPS tape wrapped aound the box haphazardly. Seller said he would issue a $25 refund for the cost of the repair. As of 2 days after promise, I am still waiting for the refund... Stay tuned.

A good transaction with this merchant, do recommed him for a decent product and quick delivery. The items I received are very similar to photo on your site, but have a few differences, i.e. slighly shorter, base diameter is larger, but not as thick. Trying to match previous purchase, but apparently can't.

Great quality and looks for the price. Definitely recommend their other products if they are as well made as this one. Sturdy cane and strong handle, not cheaply made. Couldn’t be more happy!
