I contacted the seller with my concerns since the hairdryer was listed as new. The hairdryer also had a burning smell when I turned it on. They replied quickly and apologized, sending another hairdryer promptly. They stand by their sales and I would buy from them again for that reason. Shipping was quick.

Value paid for the item and shipping was a good value. Only issue I had was I did not get the item that thought it was based on the main photo. After it arrived, I looked back at the original post only then realizing that which item I purchased "Varied" out of several. My fault for not reading before purchase to verify I was getting what I thought. Besides that, no problem
