  I had ordered this sheet set expecting a full set since in the their pictures, the seller had circled the description that included the fittted, flat and 2 pillowcases . When i received the sheets, it was missing the flat sheet. I contacted the seller to explain that i was missing the flat sheet and they refused to offer a solution, going so far as to lie and tell me that what they circled was a strike through and they sent the correct order and that it was basically my issue. Terrible service.

  The listing stated multiple times, " FITTED BOTTOM SHEET & 2 PILLOWCASES, NO TOP SHEET." They where trying to get a free top sheet. Never asked to return product, just wanted a top sheet They never ordered . We are willing to correct any error we make, and our feedback proves that. This, however, was not our error.
