  The item arrived in great condition. Looked clean and authentic. Great price for the case since I had been looking for original cases without a red logo. Even though there was a mixup with the first case I got, the seller immediately responded and fixed the issue right away. Great customer service and communication!   Purchased the 2 disc OEM replacement case for the Xbox 360 and the first one arrived damaged. To no fault of the seller, it was definitely the shipper. Contacted the seller and they responded very quickly, were very understanding and sent out a replacement immediately. Great seller and would highly recommend them!!
