  Idk what happened with the shipping process but it was stressful trying to communicate and get answers from the seller, I could tell there’s a language barrier and English isn’t their first so not holding fault there. Besides communication and shipping time, finally received it and it is as described and advertised with good cost for an otter box

  Case arrived promptly, well packaged & in condition described. However, whereas one of the two item photographs & the item description both state that the case is an OtterBox Defender case, the case received is an OtterBox Defender Pro case, a superior variant, which is totally acceptable.
