Also, I had been unable to select the color I wanted, before making the purchase, so I contacted the seller asking if it was possible to send the item in the color I wanted. The seller replied right away, acknowledging my request. A few days later I received the item in the right color. I appreciate the attentive customer service & would buy from this seller again

I went to the post office to complain and they acknowledged that it was shipped First Class, but said the shipper should have put cardboard in the envelope and put "Do Not Fold" on the envelope. Although, I don't think that will prevent it in the future. I'm not blaming the shipper, I'm just informing for future shipments.
