    This seller was a pleasure to deal with. This Brighton Knix bag is exactly what I wanted. It was well packaged and arrived in a reasonable time frame. It was described as “new” but was not although it’s in excellent condition. There were some things left in the pockets that let me know it was used. I informed the seller. They couldn’t be nicer. They apologized and gave me a partial refund. I highly recommend this seller as they are committed to customer satisfaction.

    Highly motivated seller, item was just as described in in photos with a minor blemish (pin hole) but the price reflected that and still made it an overall good value. Packaging was adequate and shipping was extremely fast. I would recommend or buy from this seller again.

    The dress was exactly as described, great fit, quality fabric, and true to the photos. Packaging was neat and the overall value for the price was good. Unfortunately, shipping was delayed and delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, happy with the purchase once it arrived.
